With the start of the war, many Ukrainian entrepreneurs faced a choice: either stop their activities or find a new place to develop their business. For me, this choice was obvious. Having military exemption status, I had the opportunity to leave the country. Before the war, I traveled almost monthly to different countries, but when I had to personally choose a place to live, it turned out to be a difficult decision. I visited many places, but nowhere did I want to live - only in Ukraine.
Dubai became the exception. At first it was uncomfortable, but with each passing month and year I like this city more and more. I'm particularly impressed by Burj Khalifa - I live near it, and every time I leave home, I'm amazed by its beauty, even though I've been seeing it for 8-10 years.
My key expertise lies in two areas: marketing and team building. In marketing, I specialize in commerce marketing and digital marketing. As for team building, it's something I pay a lot of attention to and try to constantly develop in.
Many entrepreneurs dream of getting out of operational activities, but it's important to understand: as soon as you try to delegate control to someone and not look there, everything goes wrong. The task is to delegate responsibility, but at the same time interact a lot with key people, be close, understand all processes, help and mentor.
We focus on large clients with high communication volumes. Companies come to us that are well-known to every Ukrainian or Kyiv resident, with several thousand calls per day. We have clients with 50-60 thousand calls per month and brands represented in many countries around the world.
Now we deliberately refuse small clients and selectively approach partner selection. With a large client, we can work one-on-one, and they interact with a huge audience, which gives us a lot of feedback to improve the product.
We are at a unique point: AI technology already allows us to do cool things, but there are practically no quality ready-made products on the market. Our solution differs in that clients don't realize they're communicating with AI - it communicates in a customized way, without standard messages, like a real person.
The first product is automation of messaging conversations. The AI agent works 24/7 in any language in the world, completely replacing messaging managers. Our company had 8 managers - now 0, and conversion grew from 18% to over 30%.
The second product is call center analytics. We integrate with IP telephony, transcribe calls, AI analyzes everything and displays a dashboard. We show conversation status, conversion by each manager, upsell, cross-sell. In one project, we thought the conversion was 55%, but it turned out to be 19%, but in two weeks we raised it to 45%, almost doubling sales.
The project is only a few months old, but the results are impressive. Last month's turnover exceeded $10,000, we have dozens of clients who pay systematically, good MRАR. We are actively forming a team: there are several developers, an HR recruiter (the first key person after me), technical specialists, Sales are appearing.
We are moving towards a platform, not an agency - so that clients can connect independently. The goal is to automate everything as much as possible so that fewer people do routine work.
The idea came through a friend who shared a video about setting up AI. We tried to repeat it, but realized it wouldn't work that way. We invested time and money to find the right approach. We saw the need and understood AI capabilities, but there were no quality ready-made solutions.
The turning point was when we realized the scale of possibilities. In a few years, there won't be people who correspond or call - AI will do everything. Companies that don't integrate AI will be far behind.
I didn't have a classical mentor, but I always learn from my surroundings. A mentor can be successful in business but unsuccessful in family or recreation. Many businessmen don't know how to enjoy life because they're used to working a lot.
For me, mentors are people whose lifestyle, life rhythm, or achievements in certain areas I like. I learn from those who resonate with me.
Interestingly, I have a special relationship with books. I read a lot at 15-18 years old, then at 20 - a lot of business literature. But I realized: you can know everything, or you can do. These are two different things. There are people who don't read books, don't go to courses, but when you ask about their business, you're shocked by how much they've managed to do.
Happiness for me is simple. When a person thinks they are happy, they are happy. Happiness is not connected to place or activity - it's a feeling of yourself in the moment. To maintain a resourceful state, I use a sleep tracker - when you break your routine, the day doesn't go well.
I try to find elements of energy - what I want right now, what will really give me energy. It's not always about difficult or expensive things. It can be very simple things, and I think the simpler they are, the more happiness they give. Like a simple walk with a loved one can outweigh some trip.
Right now we don't need to search for clients - we focus on developing the team and product. Key marketing agencies in Ukraine want to work with us in partnership, they see great demand for our solutions.
Most importantly, we are at the beginning of the AI revolution. Technology will become more and more professional, and the quality of interaction will be better. Companies that integrate AI now will gain a huge competitive advantage. It's not just saving on salaries, but improving service quality and the ability to work 24/7.
We are at the point where technology already allows us to do cool things, but it will improve further. In a few years, there won't be people who correspond or call - AI will do everything. Companies that don't integrate AI will be far behind. It's not just about saving on salaries, but also about improving service quality.
